Onboard a Tenant

Start from your first login

HaakCo currently registers the client and establishes its first administrator. Public registration is not open. Tenant users do not create their company using a system-admin endpoint.

1. Sign in and confirm the tenant shown in the application.
2. Open Get started (/onboarding) and follow its saved setup state.
3. Add appropriate users and machine credentials through Users and access.
4. Register a schema, then send one small valid batch.
5. Follow the receipt, query its events, and open an available report.

Example: use one disposable test event for your own tenant and verify its receipt becomes ready. Setup is complete for that path only when the data can be read; a successful login or token alone is not the complete result.

Returning from login or refreshing Get started resumes durable bootstrap state. If a step is unavailable, inspect the permission/configuration message and its next action. Keep the request ID for support. Do not ask for platform authority or perform infrastructure configuration to work around an ordinary tenant gap.
