Calibrate Estimates

Calibration exercises record an estimate, confidence, lower and upper bounds, and optionally the resolved actual value.

Start with an existing project and authenticated write authority. Use the request schema in the API contract and keep the created exercise's identifier. Example: record an 8–12 hour interval at your chosen confidence before work completes; when its actual duration is 10 hours, record the complete resolution tuple for that exercise. Choosing bounds after seeing the outcome is not calibration evidence.

POST /api/v1/admin/measurement/projects/{projectSlug}/calibration-exercises

If a resolved value is supplied, the resolution tuple must be complete: actual value, containment result, and resolved timestamp. The Measure calibration panel shows containment history and keeps small samples visibly uncalibrated rather than presenting them as reliable scores.

Expected result: the exercise appears in Measure → Calibration with its interval and resolved outcome. Correct an incomplete resolution tuple using the reported validation error; do not invent an actual value. More history is required before a small sample can support confidence.
